​On Tuesday, November 24, 2020, Rusty left us making his way to be with the Lord. Rusty was full of laughter and brought joy to the life of everyone. Rusty and his wife, Judi, are the owners of Colonial Landscaping and Lawn Care and also worked together for One Source Restoration (OSR).
​Rusty is survived by his loving wife, Judi Marshall-Croson; children, Brittany Groome (Eric) of Mineral, VA, Bryan Croson (Sabrina), Taylor Croson, Kevin Kronander, Jr. (Lacey), Jacob Kronander (Daesha), Collin Kronander (Erica) all of Louisa, VA; grandchildren, Chassy, Jaxon, Liam, Camden, Keaton, Kahmila, Aliyah Rae, Averie, Emmie, Kendall Reese and Ryder; siblings, Linda Loughry (Richard) of Mineral, VA, Robert Stacey Croson, Jr. (Shelia) of Louisa, VA, Pearl “Ann” Ward Carter (Doug) of King William, VA, Virginia “Jenny” Miller (Billy) of Lehmansville, WV, Clarence Heflin (Paula) of Culpeper, VA, Elizabeth “Beth” Heflin of Culpeper, VA, Daniel Heflin of Culpeper, VA; two half-brothers of West Virginia; as well as many other nieces, nephews, cousins, family and many great friends.
​He was proceeded in death by his father, Robert “Stacey” Croson, Sr.; mother, Daisy Jane Wright; honorary son, Jonathan Evans (Kaleena); and one half-brother.
​Rusty had a smile that would light up the room and a sense of humor that would make anyone laugh. Rusty lived by the words of the song Free Bird, “If I leave here tomorrow, Wouldyou still remember me? For I must be traveling on now, ‘Cause there’s too many places I’ve got to see”…

  3. Rusty where do I begin. You were an amazing uncle. From the time we met you until the time you left us you there wasnt a moment together that we didnt make a memory that will never be forgotten. You left a lasting impression on the world and you will be greatly missed. We love you fly high big guy!!

  4. Rusty oh how I miss you brother. You were always there with a hug,smile and to help. You were the younger one but you were always protecting your sisters. You were an amazing Uncle my girls loved and admired you. We are all so lost without you in our lives. I will forever hold you in my heart.
