Rosa Poore Roberts, 92, of Goochland, Virginia went to be with the Lord on February 21, 2023. Rosa was born the daughter of Frank & Myrtle (Granny) Poore on May 28, 1930. She is preceded in death by her husband Clyde M. Roberts, Sr. & her brothers, Albert & Alfred Poore. She is survived by her sister Gene Williams, her son Buck (Pat) Roberts; Nana to her grandchildren, Tripp (Renee) Roberts & Tiffany (Tim) Gibson; great grandchildren Stephen (Elicia) Roberts, Summer Gibson, Mackenzie Roberts, Waylon & Tori Gibson; and Aunt to Linda (Mac) Rowh & Buckwheat (Fran) Poore. Rosa lived her life serving the Lord, her family and anyone in need of a helping hand. Funeral services will be held at Perkins Baptist Church, 3146 Hadensville-Fife Road, Goochland, VA on Friday, February 24 at 11 a.m. with burial to follow.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Perkins Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.

To the family of Sweet Rosa,
When Paul told me of your loss, many fond memories rushed back of when the WHOLE family would gather on Pea Ridge for Sunday dinner. I know that words do not always say the right thing. God has this lady in his arms now and we can only share the joy of having known her.
