Gregory Lee “Gregg” Brooks

Gregory "Gregg" Lee Brooks went to be with his Lord and Savior on July 9, 2021. Gregg came in to this world on October 15, 1984, a blessing to his mother, Carolyn, and father, James. He loved his family, his Lord and his music.

Gregg is preceded in death by his father, James Brooks, Jr., and his grandfather, James Brooks, Sr. He is survived by his only child, his light and inspiration, Mikalah; his adoring mother, Carolyn; his big brothers, Ronnie (Tracy) and James III (Kristen); his big sister, Jenny; as well as his loving grandmother, Gladys; and let's not forget his best four legged friend, Onyx. Gregg has many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins who will miss him terribly.

A celebration of life will be held at 1pm on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Connecting Pointe Church of the Nazarene, 591 Broad Street Road, Manakin-Sabot, VA 23103 , which will also be streamed via Zoom with the meeting ID and passcode both being 8047844537 . Arrangements are being handled by Norman Funeral Chapel in Goochland, VA.
