Evelyn Robertson Miller

Evelyn Robertson Miller, 76, passed away on January 2, 2021 at her home in Fork Union, VA. She was born on February 15, 1944 in Burnsville, NC to the late Carl and Belle Robertson. Evelyn is survived by her husband, James Thomas “Tom” Miller; children, James Timothy Miller (Arlene), Maria Ragland (Vince), Michael Miller (Susan) and Ronnie Miller (Sandy); grandchildren, Matthew Miller, Amy Ragland, Kelly Miller, Joshua Miller (Denise) and Melaney Word; and great grandchildren, Austin Word, Richard Gray IV and Gannon Gray. She worked at Fluvanna County High School and the Baptist Association Day Care in Palmyra, VA. There will not be a public visitation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A graveside service will be held at 11am on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Bethel Baptist Church in Palmyra, VA. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Lake Monticello Rescue Squad and the Fork Union Fire Department. Arrangements are being handled by Sheridan Funeral Home in Kents Store, VA.
