Stephen Joseph Jr. “Joe” Sadler
SADLER, Stephen Joseph Jr. “Joe”, 81, of Charlottesville, VA was reunited in death with Christ and his beloved and devoted wife, Shirley Hamm Sadler, on October 22, 2021. Joe was the son of the late Stephen J. Sadler, Sr. and Sarah Yancey Sadler. He is survived by a brother, John Page (Jacqueline) of Barboursville, VA and a sister, Alice S. Murphey (Raymond) of Ashland, VA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and his wife Shirley's devoted family, especially his nephew, Mark Roberts. Joe was a Charlottesville Police Officer for 32 years and a life-long farmer. He was a member of Lyles Baptist Church, Palmyra, VA. Visitation will be at the Sheridan Funeral Home, Kents Store,

on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
with graveside services at Holly Memorial Cemetery, Charlottesville, VA
on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.
