Margaret “Peggy” May Verrilli

Margaret “Peggy” May Verrilli, 63, of Fork Union, VA, passed away on September 14, 2020. She was a beloved mother, sister and friend. Her loved ones will be comforted by their many memories with her filled with laughter and joy.

In only 63 years, Peggy lived a full life. Peggy brought fun and levity with her to every situation and was filled with strength in all she did. Her life was spent adventuring with her family and fulfilling her passion of caring for children.

She is survived by her two children, Edward Verrilli and Gretchen Verrilli Clark; her son-in-law, Craig Clark; her granddaughter, Vera Clark; her siblings, Alex VonderBecke, Polly Jensen, Joseph VonderBecke and Pamela Holloman; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Kevin Verrilli; and her parents, Alex Frederick VonderBecke and Pauline Phyllis VonderBecke.

A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, September 26 , 2020 at Sheridan Funeral Home 4626 Cedar Lane R oad , Kents Store, VA 2308 4 where a ll are welcome to attend.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
