Caden Pryor

Caden Revue Pryor, born September 14, 2009, was taken from this world to continue his journey with his best canine friend, Buzz Lightyear, on April 3, 2025. He was always surrounded by his loving family at Resting Revue Farm, where he grew up with his parents, Marsha “Mama” and Andy “Daddy” Pryor; his brother, Grayson Pryor; and his beloved four-legged companions. Caden is also survived by his grandparents, Andrew “PaPa” and Brenda “BreBre” Pryor, and Glen “Bubba” and Bobbi “Mimi” Sickler; his aunts and uncles, John “Johnny Boy” and Shiloh “ChaChi” Sickler, Cathy Pryor, Molly and Patrick Grady, and his cousins, Lilly and Connor Grady.

Caden’s passions were as big as his heart—Legos, dinosaurs, Nerf battles, roller coasters, board games, gaming, and, most of all, spending time with his closest friends. He was a caring, kind, and compassionate young man, mature beyond his years. Always ready to lend a hand or a listening ear, Caden touched everyone around him with his wit and dedication. Driven by a desire to excel, he poured his heart into everything he loved, from his friends and family to his hobbies.

From an early age, Caden cherished his time with family and friends. He enjoyed bringing people together for movie nights, gaming sessions, and long walks through the beautiful landscape of his family’s farm. Over the years, his interests spanned from Thomas the Tank Engine and Shrek to Superheroes, Jurassic Park, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, and, of course, Deadpool and Legos. His enthusiasm for these worlds was matched only by his brilliant mind, his love for history, and his talent for art.

An honor roll student, Caden’s intellectual curiosity and creativity shone brightly. He will always be remembered for his passion, his intelligence, and his ability to make everyone around him feel valued and loved. Though Caden’s time with us was far too short, his legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. He will forever be remembered and loved —"to Infinity and Beyond."

In lieu of flowers, continue Caden’s love for rescued pets by giving to your local animal shelter or rescue organization.

Visitation will be held between the hours of 5:00-9:00pm on Friday April 11th at Norman’s Funeral Home, 2982 River Rd West, Goochland VA 23063. Funeral services will take place Saturday April 12th 1:00pm at Forest Grove Christian Church, 3881 Hadensville-Fife Rd, Goochland VA 23063.
