Deborah Brice

Deborah Ann Brice, 61, of Albemarle, Virginia passed away on August 11, 2023.

Deborah was a kind, generous, and loving individual who was known for her hard work and compassionate nature. She dedicated her career as a Charlottesville City School Bus Driver and Bus Monitor, ensuring the safety of the children she transported.

Deborah is survived by her beloved daughter, Chelsie Brice; her mother, Joann Brice; her sister, Sandra James; her brothers, David and Jeremiah Brice; her Niece, Raven James; her nephew, Kaleb James; and her uncle Richard Brice. She was preceded in death by her father, Albert Brice, and her brother Gregory Brice.

Deborah attended Fluvanna County High School and before she became ill, she was a faithful member of Canaan Soul Saving Station, where she found solace and strength in her faith.

In her free time, Deborah cherished being a mother to her one and only daughter. Their bond was unbreakable, and she poured her heart and soul into raising Chelsie.

A visitation will be held On August 15, 2023, between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm and a funeral service will take place on August 16, 2023, at 1:00pm. Both services will be held at Sheridan Funeral Home, 4626 Cedar Lane Road, Kents Store, Virginia. Interment will immediately follow her funeral service at Canaan Soul Saving Station, 6576 Venable Road, Kents Store, Virginia.
