Janet Cecilia Holloway

Janet Cecilia Holloway, 66, of Richmond, Virginia passed away on October 20, 2024.

She is survived by her cherished dog Pearl, her brother David Holloway (Teresa), her nephews Stephen Holloway (Kara), Brandon Holloway, & Billy Sellers, her niece Tiffany Bailey, along with many great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Jerry and Alline Holloway, and her brother Stephen Young Holloway.

Throughout her career, serving as a Clerk of Court in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court for Henrico County. Her compassion for animals was evident in her avid support of the SPCA and adoption of pets. A lover of music, she particularly enjoyed attending concerts, with memorable performances featuring her favorite artists such as Tim McGraw, Ronnie Milsap, Garth Brooks among others.

Known for her generosity and kindness, Jan had a remarkable gift for making others feel loved and supported. Every encounter with her began and ended with a warm hug, a testament to her BIG heart. Her favorite color was pink, which reflected her vibrant spirit

A graveside service in honor of Janet will take place on October 26, 2024, at 3:00PM at Fork Union Memorial Cemetery, James Madison Highway, Fork Union Virginia.

Sheridan Funeral Home will handle her arrangements.
