Mary Lemley

Mary Lemley, 96, of Gum Spring, left her earthly body to be with our Lord and Savior on September 7, 2024. She was born in Daybrook West Virginia on August 10, 1928. Mary was much loved and will be terribly missed.

Mary was proceeded in death by her husband, Herbert Duane Lemley and 2 of her sons, Daniel Everett Lemley and Douglas Lester Lemley.

She will live on in the hearts of her son, Roger Dale Lemley of Buckingham and daughter, Deborah May Scherrer of Sandy Hook. She is also leaving behind 8 grandchildren and a handful of great-grandchildren.

Mary Lemley was a member of Forest Grove Christian Church for many years. 

A visitation will be held on Thursday between the hours of 6:00-7:30pm with a Funeral to follow on Friday, September 13, 2024, at 12:00pm both services will be to be held at Norman's Funeral Chapel, 2982 River Road West, Goochland. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Forest Grove Christian Church in her honor.
