William "W.H." Watkins, 43, of Scottsville, VA., passed away on May 4, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald and Christine Watkins. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 6:30 p.m. Saturday, May 11, 2019, at Sheridan Funeral Home, 4626 Cedar Lane Road, Kents Store, VA 23084.
